Generally,the construction of farmland water conservancy projects is more risky and difficult in winter.This paper focuses on the winter construction technology in farmland water conservancy construction.Firstly,the risk of farmland water conservancy project construction and the preparation conditions for winter construction steps of farmland water conservancy construction are analyzed,and then concrete construction technology,earth excavation construction technology,construction technology of plastering in winter,the implementation of comprehensive thermal insulation and the protection and return visit of finished products are deeply explained and discussed in order to provide reference materials for relevant research.
