小曲率半径盾构隧道管片安装质量控制

Quality Control of Segment Installation of Shield Tunnel with Small Radius of Curvature

盾构隧道管片的安装质量直接影响到隧道的外观和使用性能,而其安装质量受到种种因素的影响,在小曲率半径盾构隧道中尤为重要。在小曲率半径盾构隧道中,极易由于千斤顶推力不均和纠偏不到位造成管片错台、破损等一系列管片质量问题。本文以天津地铁11号线为工程背景,分析了造成小曲率半径盾构隧道管片质量问题的原因,并以此提出了管片质量控制措施。

The installation quality of shield tunnel segments directly affects the appearance and service performance of the tunnel,and its installation quality is affected by various factors,which is especially important in shield tunnels with small curvature radius.In the shield tunnel with small curvature radius,a series of segment quality problems such as segment dislocation and breakage are easily caused by uneven jack thrust and inadequate correction.Based on the engineering background of Tianjin Metro Line 11,this paper analyzes the causes of segment quality problems in shield tunnels with small curvature radius,and puts forward the segment quality control measures.
