摘要
在可展曲面的基础上衍生出了可展机构,针对于柱面可展机构运动问题,分析了二自由度柱面可展机构在不同驱动下的运动类型。给可展机构添加2个不同的驱动,通过相对运动图解法与速度合成定理结合得到杆件瞬心,利用瞬时中心参考线法判断柱面可展机构的杆件位置,确定机构的运动类型。基于ADAMS软件的机构运动仿真判定可展机构的运动类型,验证了瞬时中心参考线法在分析二自由度柱面可展机构的正确性。运动图解法与瞬时中心参考线法结合的方法能够实现二自由度柱面可展机构的运动类型分析,并可拓展到锥型可展机构的研究分析。
The developable mechanism is derived from the developable surface.Aiming at the movement problem of the cylindrical developable mechanism,the movement types of the two-degrees-of-freedom cylindrical developable mechanism under different drives are analyzed.Two different drives are added to the developable mechanism,and the instant center of the links is obtained by combining the relative motion graphical method and the speed composition theorem.The instant center reference line method is used to determine the position of the cylindrical developable mechanism,so as to determine the movement type of the mechanism.The motion simulation of the mechanism based on ADAMS software further determines the movement type of the developable mechanism,which verifies that the instant center reference line method is correct in analyzing the two-degrees-of-freedom cylindrical developable mechanism.The method of combining the relative motion graphical method and the instant center reference line method can realize the movement type analysis of the two-degrees-of-freedom cylindrical developable mechanism,and can be extended to the research and analysis of the conical developable mechanism.
