挡块对粉体分级机性能的影响研究

摘要 为了提高粉体分级机的分级效率,针对粗颗粒的沉降及团聚颗粒的打散,在分级腔内壁设计了一种挡块。分别建立3种截面形状的挡块模型,利用Fluent软件对其流场模型进行数值模拟仿真,再将仿真结果与原始模型进行对比。对比壁面的速度矢量图发现:添加挡块有利于粗颗粒的沉降和团聚颗粒的打散;对比横截面的速度矢量图发现,截面形状为半圆形的挡块对内部流场扰动最小,为最优方案;对比内部压力云图发现,添加挡风对腔体内的压力分布规律并无明显影响,并不会影响气流对颗粒的输送能力。 In order to improve the classification efficiency of powder classifier,a wind block was designed on the inner wall of the classification chamber for the settlement of coarse particles and the dispersion of agglomerated particles.Three wind block models with different cross-section shapes are established,and the flow field model is simulated by Fluent software,and then the simulation results are compared with the original model.By comparing the velocity vector diagram of the wall,it is found that adding wind block is beneficial to the settlement of coarse particles and the dispersion of agglomerated particles;by comparing the velocity vector diagram of the cross section,it is found that the wind block with semicircular cross section has the least disturbance to the internal flow field,which is the optimal scheme;by comparing the internal pressure nephogram,it is found that adding wind block has no obvious effect on the pressure distribution in the cavity.Therefore,it does not affect the conveying capacity of air flow to particles.
