摘要
提出一种基于改进灰色关联度分析的数控机床性能评价方案,从精度性能指标、加工性能指标等多层次建立指标评价体系,利用主观赋权法中的层次分析法确定各项指标的权重,在灰色关联度分析模型的基础上,综合考虑各评价对象与最优解、最劣解之间的相对位置,从而比较不同评价对象的性能。以某模具生产企业7种型号数控机床为例进行计算,对机床的综合性能进行排序,为工厂选择合适的机床提供可行性建议,也为机床性能的改进提供参考。
This paper proposes a performance evaluation program for CNC machine tools based on improved gray correlation analysis,which establishes an index evaluation system from multiple levels of accuracy performance indicators and machining performance indicators,and uses the analytic hierarchy process in the subjective weighting method to determine the weight of each indicator.Based on the gray correlation analysis model,the relative positions of each evaluation object and the optimal solution and the worst solution are comprehensively considered,so as to compare the performance of different evaluation objects.Taking 7 types of CNC machine tools of a mold manufacturer as an example,the calculations are carried out to sort the overall performance of the machine tools,provide feasible suggestions for the factory to select suitable machine tools,and also provide a reference for improving the performance of the machine tools.
