损伤控制护理策略在多发性创伤患者救治中的应用

Application of Injury Control Nursing Strategy in Treatment of Patients with Multiple Trauma

目的:探讨损伤控制护理策略在多发性创伤患者救治中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月1日~2019年10月31日81例多发伤患者设为对照组,实施常规抢救护理措施;2019年11月1日~2020年10月31日81例多发伤患者设为观察组,在对照组基础上实施损伤控制护理策略。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组医生到诊时间、急救检查时间、急诊停留时间、临床指标恢复时间及ICU停留时间短于对照组(P<0.05),抢救成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施损伤控制护理策略可提高多发性创伤患者抢救效率,促进患者恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the application effect of injury control nursing strategy in treatment of patients with multiple trauma.Methods:A total of 81 patients with multiple trauma during October 1,2018 to October 31,2019 were selected as the control group.The control group implemented conventional rescue nursing measures.A total of 81 patients with multiple trauma during November 1,2019 to October 31,2020 were selected as the observation group.and the observation group implemented injury control nursing strategy based on the control group.Comparison was made between the two groups and on clinical effect.Results:The time of doctors′arrival,emergency examination,emergency stay,clinical index recovery time and ICU stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The invidence of complications in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of injury control nursing strategy in patients with multiple trauma can improve the efficiency of rescue,promote their recovery,and reduce the incidence of complications.
