摘要
混凝土预制构件的型号尺寸繁多,单个构件质量大,一般需要28d的储存龄期,因此构件在堆场如何高效存取需要构建一个智能系统,而该系统的建立一直是工程技术的难点。本文深入研究分析了混凝土预制构件堆放的复杂性特征,提出了网格化堆场存取构件的管理策略,巧妙运用RFID识别技术(射频识别技术),配合准确坐标定位技术,通过电流传感器抓取行车运行规律技术,结合本公司海盐基地实际案例进行分析,得出了有实际工程价值的结论,为混凝土预制构件的堆场建设规划设计以及外运管理提供了合适的方案。
There are many types and sizes of prefabricated concrete components,and the mass of a single component is large.Generally,a storage age of 28 days is required.Therefore,how to efficiently access components in the yard requires a complex system,and the establishment of this system has always been an engineering and technical difficulty.This paper deeply studies and analyzes the complex characteristics of the stacking of concrete prefabricated components,and proposes a management strategy for accessing components in a gridded yard.It cleverly uses RFID identification technology,cooperates with accurate coordinate positioning technology,and uses current sensors to capture the driving operation law technology.Combined with the actual case study of Shanghai tunnel component Haiyan base,a conclusion with practical engineering value is drawn,which provides a suitable analysis solution for the yard construction planning and design of concrete precast components and the management of outbound transportation.
