摘要
介绍了FQY温控型膨胀剂在无锡某隧道大体积混凝土工程裂缝控制中的应用,通过选取温控型膨胀剂配制结构自防水混凝土,在施工前进行温度场仿真分析、抗裂模拟、限制膨胀率、平板抗裂等一系列试验,并对混凝土配合比进行设计优化。在施工过程中严格把控混凝土结构自防水关键环节,并在重点部位埋设温度及应变计等监测设备,评估开裂风险、指导拆模与养护。工程实践表明,通过一系列的技术手段可以有效地控制有害裂缝的产生,为同类型混凝土工程项目提供一定的借鉴。
This paper introduces the application of FQY temperature controlled expansion agent in crack control of a tunnel mass concrete project in Wuxi.By selecting temperature controlled expansion agent to prepare structural self waterproof concrete,a series of tests such as temperature field simulation analysis,crack resistance simulation,limited expansion rate,slab crack resistance are carried out before construction,and the concrete mix proportion is optimized.During the construction process,the key links of self waterproofing of concrete structures shall be strictly controlled,and monitoring equipment such as temperature and strain gauges shall be buried in key parts to assess the risk of cracking and guide formwork removal and maintenance.Engineering practice shows that harmful cracks can be effectively controlled through a series of technical means,which can be used for reference for similar concrete engineering projects.
