Resettlement methods of water conservancy projects under rural revitalization strategy

水利是党中央全面推进乡村振兴战略的重要抓手,移民安置又是水利工程顺利推进的关键。以里下河川东港工程为例,通过利用移民安置结余资金,从改善生态环境、完善基础设施、提升精神文化3个途径来提高移民生产生活水平,旨在有效减轻水利工程实施后对移民产生的衍生影响,进而更好地助推乡村振兴战略的实施。

Water conservancy is an important starting point for the CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy,and resettlement is the key to the smooth progress of water conservancy projects.Taking the Lixiahe River East Port Project as an example,the resettlement surplus funds are used to improve the production and living standards of the immigration in three ways:improving the ecological environment,improving the infrastructure,and enhancing the spiritual culture.The purpose is to effectively reduce the derivative impact on the immigration after the implementation of the water conservancy project,so as to better promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
