摘要
针对传统水库静态库容测量周期长、计算效率低的缺点,提出基于机载LIDAR点云数据建立高精度DEM,构建水库水位—水域面积—水量体积关系模型,实现水库库容曲线计算方法。结合江苏句容仑山水库进行试验,利用机载LIDAR获取范围10.8 km^(2)的水库及周边地形的点云数据,构建出51.3~58 m水位高程的水库库容曲线,并进行精度验证。结果表明,利用该方法计算水库库容的总体精度达到97.08%,对静态水库库容计算的适用性强,为水库管理、洪涝预警与风险评价提供数据支撑。
In view of the disadvantages of long measurement period and low calculation efficiency of traditional reservoir static reservoir capacity,a high-precision DEM based on airborne LIDAR point cloud data is proposed,and a reservoir water level-area-volume of water(H-S-V)relationship model is constructed to realize calculation method of reservoir capacity curve.Combined with the test of Jurong Lunshan Reservoir in Jiangsu Province,the airborne LIDAR is used to obtain the point cloud data of the reservoir with a range of 10.8 km^(2) and the surrounding terrain,and the reservoir capacity curve with the water level elevation of 51.3-58 m is constructed,and the accuracy is verified.The result shows that the overall accuracy of reservoir capacity calculation by this method reaches 97.08%,which is applicable to static reservoir capacity calculation and provides data support for reservoir management,flood warning and risk assessment.
