摘要 工程造价自适应控制研究过程中,由于造价预测模型的差异,工程决算总额依旧较高,因此,提出基于时间序列模型的城市地下排水工程造价自适应控制算法。根据城市地下排水工程的施工特点,选取对工程造价影响较大的因素,建立造价估算特征指标体系。依托于时间序列预测理论,结合特征指标设计工程造价预测模型。通过最小二乘支持向量机算法,计算出造价合理区间,按照TOC理论实现工程造价自适应控制。 In the research process of adaptive control of project cost, the total amount of project final accounts is still high due to the differences of cost prediction models. Therefore, an adaptive control algorithm of urban underground drainage project cost based on time series model is proposed. According to the construction characteristics of urban underground drainage project, the factors that have a great impact on the project cost are selected, and the cost estimation characteristic index system is established. Based on the time series prediction theory and combined with characteristic indexes, the project cost prediction model is designed. Through the least squares support vector machine algorithm, the reasonable cost interval is calculated, and the adaptive control of project cost is realized according to TOC theory.
