新时代高校思政课教师应具备的素质及提升路径探析

高校思想政治理论课教师肩负着为国育才、为党育人的重任。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师要具备过硬的思想政治素质、良好的教师职业道德及精湛的业务素质。十八大以来,党和国家高度重视高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设。高校思想政治理论课教师队伍整体素质较过去有了很大提升,但教师个人素质依然存在发展不平衡、不充分问题。高校思想政治理论课教师要从坚定理想信念、提升政治素质,加强师德修养、提升人格魅力,夯实理论基础、提升教学能力等方面不断提升自身素质。
