摘要
学术期刊是服务于国家科技创新体系和文化创新体系的重要平台。为更好地推动学术期刊高质量的发展,通过对《关于推动学术期刊繁荣发展的意见》进行解读,分析加强学术期刊建设的重要性和核心要素。加强学术期刊建设,对提高国家科技竞争力和文化软实力具有重要作用。加强学术期刊建设,要牢牢把握4个核心要素,即导向是灵魂,质量是根本,创新是动力,人才是关键。
Academic journals serve as an important platform for national scientific and technological innovation system and cultural innovation system.In order to better promote the high-quality development of academic journals,this paper analyzes the importance and core elements of strengthening the construction of academic journals by interpreting Opinions on Promoting the Prosperous Development of Academic Journals.Strengthening the construction of academic journals plays an important role in improving national scientific and technological competitiveness and cultural soft power.To strengthen the construction of academic journals,four core elements should be firmly grasped,that is,orientation is the soul,quality is fundamental,innovation is the driving force and talent is the key.
