摘要
以某大型工程机械主机厂新建涂装线为例,阐述了不同分段的抛丸频率及各自对应的粗糙度数据,对喷粉、喷漆两种涂装体系的机械性能及耐候性能的影响,以此作为工件抛丸频率参数的制定依据和涂装体系的选择依据,进而减能降耗,并为同行新建涂装线选择抛丸工艺和涂装体系提供参考。
Taking a new coating line of a large-scale construction machinery OEM as an example,the effects of blasting frequency of different segments and their corresponding roughness data on the mechanical properties and weather resistance of the two coating systems of powder spraying and painting were expounded.This was used as the formulation basis of the blasting frequency parameters of the workpiece and the selection basis of the coating system,thereby reducing energy and consumption,and providing a reference for the selection of blasting process and coating system for new coating lines in the same industry.
