关于肺纤维化合并肺气肿(CPFE)的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肺纤维化合并肺气肿(Combined Pulmonary Fibrosis and Emphysema(CPFE))多见于有吸烟史的男性,以劳力性呼吸困难和活动耐力下降表现为主,影像学表现为上叶分布为主的肺气肿和下叶分布为主的肺纤维化,肺功能表现为相对保留的肺容量指标和明显下降的一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)。本文就其发病率、病因及发病机制、临床表现、辅助检查(影像学和肺功)、诊断、并发症、预后、治疗等方面作一综述。
