Digital Inclusive Finance and New Driving Force of New-type Urbanization Construction

数字普惠金融是拓宽新型城镇化建设融资渠道的重要路径。基于此,文章利用中国2011—2019年的省际面板数据,考察数字普惠金融对新型城镇化建设的影响。研究发现:数字普惠金融对新型城镇化建设具有显著的促进作用。从异质性检验来看,结构异质性中使用深度促进效果最为明显,区域异质性中内陆地区和数字普惠金融水平低的地区表现为显著的促进作用。从传导渠道讨论来看,就业效应、收入效应以及创新效应在数字普惠金融对于新型城镇化建设的影响中均发挥了部分正向中介效应,即数字普惠金融通过就业效应、收入效应以及创新效应对新型城镇化建设产生显著的促进作用。最后,依据实证结论得出相关政策启示。

Digital inclusive finance is an important path to broaden the financing channels for new urbanization construction.Based on this,this article uses China's 2011—2019 panel data to examine the impact of the development of digital inclusive finance on the construction of new urbanization.The results show that digital inclusive finance has a significant role in promoting the construction of new urbanization.From the perspective of heterogeneity test,the use of depth in structural heterogeneity has the most obvious promotion effect,and the regional heterogeneity in inland areas and areas with low levels of digital inclusive finance show a significant promotion effect.From the discussion of transmission channels,the employment effect,income effect,and innovation effect have all played a part of the positive intermediary effect in the impact of digital inclusive finance on the new urbanization construction,that is digital inclusive finance has a significant role in promoting new urbanization construction through employment effect,income effect and innovation effect.Finally,according to the empirical conclusions,we can draw the relevant policy implications.
