Application Value of MRI 3D PD-SPACE Imaging Sequences in Showing Lateral Collateral Ligament of Ankle Joint

摘要 目的探讨三维质子密度成像不同翻转角步进最佳对比应用完善取样序列(3D PD-SPACE)在显示踝关节外侧副韧带中的应用价值。方法回顾性纳入我院2021年3月至2021年11月门诊及住院患者共43例45踝,所有患者均行常规3个二维质子密度加权压脂成像序列(PD-PDWI)及三维质子密度加权压脂成像序列(3D PD-SPACE)进行检查。采用4分法评价2个序列显示距腓前韧带(ATFL)、距腓后韧带(PTFL)、跟腓韧带(CFL)。结合薄层原始图像和多平面重组(MPR),来分析这3根韧带的MRI显示。结果3D PD-SPACE序列显示距腓前韧带、距腓后韧带、跟腓韧带的评分均优于2D-PDWI序列(P<0.05)。结论3D PD-SPACE序列结合多平面重组MPR能够准确显示踝关节外侧副韧带的解剖结构及具体损伤情况,在外侧副韧带损伤的诊断及治疗中具有很好的临床应用价值。 Objective To study application value of 3D PD-SPACE in showing lateral collateral ligament of ankle.Methods From March 2021 to November 2021,43 cases of 45 ankles were prospectively included in orthopedic outpatient clinic and hospitalization and all patients were examined by three conventional two-dimensional proton density-weighted lipid imaging sequences(PD-PDWI)and 3D proton density-weighted lipid pressure imaging sequences(3D PD-SPACE).A 4-point evaluation of two sequences showing anterior fibula ligament(ATFL),posterior affular ligament(PTFL),and heel-fibula ligament(CFL)were evaluated on a 4-point scale.Combining thin-layer raw image with multiplane recombination(MPR),MRI display of these 3 ligaments was analyzed.Results 3D PD-SPACE sequence showed that anterior,posterior,and heel-fibular ligaments were all better than 2D-PDWI sequence(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D PD-SPACE sequence combined with multiplane recombinant MPR could be accurately display anatomy and specific injury of lateral collateral ligament of ankle joint,and would have good clinical application value to diagnose and treat lateral collateral ligament injury.
