基于CiteSpace软件的腹膜透析护理文献计量学研究

Bibliometric Study on Peritoneal Dialysis Nursing Based on CiteSpace Software

目的探讨近10年腹膜透析护理的研究概况,归纳研究热点,探求未来研究趋势。方法计算机检索2011年1月-2021年8月发表于中国知网数据库有关腹膜透析护理的文献,运用CiteSpace软件对析发文量、作者和关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果共纳入1658篇研究文献,腹膜透析护理相关文献的年发文量总体呈上升走势。发表与腹膜透析护理相关文献的期刊共269种,发文量排名前15的期刊主要是护理类杂志;发表腹膜透析护理相关文献的作者共315位,作者发文量排名前2位的作者是黄燕林(17篇)、周婷婷(13篇)、王青尔(13篇)。关键词聚类得到10个聚类,主要为延续性护理、健康教育、居家腹膜透析、生活质量;前5年出现的突变词有原因分析、引流不畅、导管移位等,近5年的突现词有综合护理、自我效能感、延续性护理、护理效果。结论腹膜透析护理研究的热度和关注度持续上升,研究热点以提高护理质量,提供全面、优质的延续性护理为主,已形成若干研究团队雏形,可研究作者之间、各研究团队间合作度不高,尚未形成具有重要影响力的研究主体,研究的质量有待进一步加强。

Objective To investigate the research situation of peritoneal dialysis nursing in recent 10 years,summarize the research hotspots,and explore the future research trend.Methods The literatures on peritoneal dialysis nursing published in CNKI database from January 2011 to August 2021 were searched by computer,and the knowledge map analysis of the number of published articles,authors and keywords was carried out by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 1658 research papers were included,and the annual number of papers related to peritoneal dialysis nursing showed an overall upward trend.A total of 269 journals published related to peritoneal dialysis nursing,and the top 15 journals were nursing journals.A total of 315 authors published articles on peritoneal dialysis nursing,and HUANG Yan-lin(17 articles),ZHOU Ting-ting(13 articles)and WANG Qing-er(13 articles)were the top 2 authors in the list.Key words clustering 10 clusters,mainly for continuous care,health education,home peritoneal dialysis,quality of life;the mutation words in the first five years were cause analysis,poor drainage,catheter displacement and so on.The mutation words in the recent five years were comprehensive nursing,self-efficacy,continuous nursing and nursing effect.Conclusion The heat and attention of nursing research on peritoneal dialysis is rising continuously.The research focus is mainly on improving the quality of nursing and providing comprehensive and high-quality continuous nursing,the co-operation among the authors and the research teams is not high enough to form an important research subject,and the quality of research needs to be further strengthened.
