抗宫炎胶囊联合抗生素对慢性宫颈炎患者的疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响

Effect of Kanggongyan Capsule Combined with Antibiotics on T Lymphocyte Subsets in Patients with Chronic Cervicitis

目的研究抗宫炎胶囊联合抗生素对慢性宫颈炎患者的疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群水平的影响。方法选取2020年5月-2021年5月萍乡市湘东区人民医院妇产科收治的78例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用常规抗生素治疗,观察组采用抗宫炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、症状改善时间、宫颈修复时间、炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、T淋巴细胞亚群水平(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))与复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组白带异常、下腹坠痛、月经不调中医症状积分均有下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状改善时间、宫颈修复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均有下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗宫炎胶囊联合抗生素治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效确切,可改善患者症状,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫功能,缩短康复时间。

Objective To study the effect of Kanggongyan capsule combined with antibiotics on T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Xiangdong District People's Hospital of Pingxiang City from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Kanggongyan capsules combined with antibiotics.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,symptom improvement time,cervical repair time,inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],T lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of leucorrhea abnormality,lower abdominal pain and irregular menstruation in the two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and cervical repair time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)than the control group,and lower CD8^(+)than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanggongyan capsule combined with antibiotics is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis,which can improve patients’symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,improve immune function,shorten recovery time.
