乳腺导管原位癌外科手术治疗的研究

Study on Surgical Treatment of Ductal Carcinoma In Situ of the Breast

乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)是一种非浸润性恶性肿瘤,其实质是癌细胞累及上皮全层,且仅局限在导管内,尚未突破肌层底膜的肿瘤。乳腺导管原位癌通常被认为是浸润性乳腺癌的前驱病变,因此临床治疗DCIS的目的是预防其进展为浸润性乳腺癌。外科手术为乳腺导管原位癌的主要治疗方式,但手术类型较多且手术效果、预后更是存在差异。本文主要对乳腺导管原位癌概述、外科手术治疗及腋窝淋巴结的处理作一综述,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考依据。

Ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast is a kind of non-invasive malignant tumor.The essence of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast is that cancer cells involve the whole epithelial layer,and are confined to the duct,and have not broken through the muscle basement membrane.Ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast is usually considered as a precursor lesion of invasive breast cancer,so the purpose of clinical treatment of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast is to prevent its progression to invasive breast cancer.Surgery is the main treatment for ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast,but there are many types of surgery and differences in surgical effect and prognosis.This article reviews the overview of ductal carcinoma in situ of the breast,surgical treatment and treatment of axillary lymph nodes,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
