Infiltration Characteristics of T Lymphocytes in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

近年来,肿瘤免疫疗法成为了热点,肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞作为肿瘤微环境中参与免疫应答的重要成分,在肿瘤发生、发展中扮演着双重作用。研究表明,肿瘤浸润T淋巴细胞的分布特征与临床病理特征息息相关。为此,本文将对上皮性卵巢癌中T淋巴细胞的浸润特征进行综述,以期为临床治疗上皮性卵巢癌提供帮助。

In recent years,tumor immunotherapy has become a hot spot.Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes,as an important component of immune response in tumor microenvironment,play a dual role in tumorigenesis and development.Studies have shown that the distribution characteristics of tumor infiltrating T lymphocytes are closely related to clinical pathological types.Therefore,this paper will review the infiltration characteristics of T lymphocytes in epithelial ovarian cancer in order to provide help for clinical treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.
