“一带一路”视域下的中以科技创新合作

Study on China-Israel Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation under the Perspective of the“Belt and Road”Initiative

在“一带一路”视域下,中国和以色列的科技创新合作既有历史机遇和现实基础,又符合互利共赢的发展愿景,具备明显的互补优势。本文通过分析中以科技创新合作的渊源及“一带一路”视域下中以科技创新合作的优势,认为双方创新合作呈现机制日趋完善,合作内容不断深入,合作成果愈加丰硕的局面。在此基础上,提出了建立中以自由贸易区、加强重点领域的合作等具体建议。

In the context of the“Belt and Road”Initiative,the cooperation between China and Israel in science and technology innovation has both historical opportunities and realistic foundation,and is in line with the vision of mutual benefit and win-win development,with obvious complementary advantages.By analyzing the origin and advantages of China-Israel science and technology innovation cooperation in the context of“Belt and Road”,it’s concluded that the cooperation between the two sides has become increasingly perfect in terms of mechanism,deeper in terms of content and more fruitful.On this basis,suggestions are put forward on establishing a China-Israel free trade zone and strengthening cooperation in key areas.
