In the context of the new economy,science and technology-based SMEs play an increasingly important role in the development of innovative economy.In this paper,the current status and problems of science and technology finance in Xinyang city are examined,specific development suggestions are proposed in terms of innovation in support policies,investment methods,financial products,and service models,with a view to providing reference for science and technology finance to promote the high-quality development of regional economy.
