基于模糊综合评价法的福州市共享汽车站点选址分析

Research on the Site Selection of Shared Cars in Fuzhou City Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

针对福州市现有的共享汽车用户少,找车难、停车点的选址不合理问题,本文利用模糊综合评价法,从交通因素、地理因素、政策因素、企业因素等四个方面建立评价指标体系并确定权重,进而提出模糊综合评价矩阵,得出模糊综合评价模型向量。运用模糊综合评价模型对共享汽车站点进行评价,结果表明P2作为共享汽车站点的选址相对较优,说明模糊综合评价法对共享汽车站点的选址具有实用性和可行性。

Aiming at the existing problems of few car sharing users,difficulty in locating cars and unreasonable arrangement of parking sites in Fuzhou,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to establish an evaluation index system and the weights are determined from four aspects,including traffic factors,geographical factors,policy factors and enterprise factors,and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix is generated to derive the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model vector.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the shared car sites,the results show that P2 is relatively better as the site for shared cars,which indicates that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is practical and feasible for the site selection of the shared cars.
