摘要
针对我国水泥混凝土桥面沥青铺装层出现的拥包、车辙、坑槽、推移等问题,文章通过建立三维仿真模型,对不同温度条件、不同交通荷载、不同沥青铺装层厚度下的水泥混凝土桥面铺装体系进行了黏弹性动力响应分析,并从抗剪强度、抗拉强度等关键指标入手,提出了在进行薄层沥青铺装结构设计时可采用的力学控制指标。最后依托某实际双向四车道桥面铺装层设计工程,通过铺装层沥青混合料路用性能检验,构建了合适的水泥混凝土桥面薄层沥青铺装结构方案。
Aiming at the problems of congestion,rutting,potholes and pushing of asphalt pavement on cement concrete bridge deck in China,the article aims to examine its viscoelastic dynamic response under different temperatures,traffic loads and asphalt pavement thickness by establishing a three-dimensional simulation model,and propose that key indexes such as shear strength and tensile strength should be taken into account in the design of thin layer asphalt pavement structure.Finally,based on a two-way four-lane bridge deck pavement project,a suitable thin-layer asphalt pavement structure was constructed through the road performance test of the pavement asphalt mixture.
