Study on the Innovation of Innovative Technical Talent Training Mode and Construction of Intelligent Practical Training Base

石油化工行业的日常生产实践具有高危险性,因此加强石油工程技术专业学生的实践能力至关重要。本文选取了国内4所办学实力较强的高校作为参照,通过对比分析克拉玛依职业技术学院石油工程技术专业实训基地的优势,有针对性地提出创新高校石油工程技术专业创新型人才培养模式,建设智能化校企协同管理实训基地的具体建议。

Daily production practice in petrochemical industry is highly hazardous,so it is crucial to strengthen the practical ability of petroleum engineering technology students.In this paper,four domestic universities with strong academic strength are selected as benchmarks.Through comparing and analyzing the advantages of the practical training base of petroleum engineering technology major of Karamay Vocational and Technical College,specific strategies are proposed to innovate the training mode of innovative talents and build intelligent practical training base jointly managed by school and enterprise.
