长三角地区科技创新协同的法治保障路径探索

Study on the Rule of Law Guarantee of Science and Technology Innovation Synergy in Yangtze River Delta Region

我国长三角地区创新能力较强,法治水平较高,其在科技创新领域成果较好,但由于该地区尚未构建严密的科技创新法治保障机制,阻碍了该地区的进一步发展。为此,文章分析了长三角地区的成果及问题,提出了要拓展长三角科技创新协作方式、促进重大科技创新项目协同、推动地方立法协调、构建创新风险共担利益共享机制、加强知识产权保护等具体建议,旨在为我国区域科技创新的法治保障探索提供借鉴。

Yangtze River Delta region exhibits a strong innovation capacity and a high level of rule of law,and its achievements in the field of science and technology innovation are notable,but the further development of the region is hindered by the fact that a strict rule of law guarantee mechanism for science and technology innovation has not yet been built.To this end,the article sets out to examine the achievements and problems in the Yangtze River Delta region,and put forward specific suggestions to expand the collaboration methods of science and technology innovation in the region,promote the synergy of key science and technology innovation projects,strengthen the coordination of local legislation,build a mechanism for innovation benefits-sharing and risks-sharing,and strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,aiming to provide reference for the exploration of the rule of law guarantee of regional science and technology innovation in China.
