基于组合赋权结合中心点三角白化权函数的水资源承载力评价 被引量:3

摘要 选取水资源承载力作为水资源可持续发展水平的评价目标,以资源系统、社会系统、经济系统和生态系统这四个维度构建水资源承载力评价指标体系。利用“层次分析法”获取指标主观权重,“熵权法”获取指标客观权重,结合属性权重最优改进法获取组合权重。选取江苏省水资源承载力为研究对象,时间维度为2009—2018年。利用灰色聚类分析处理模糊问题的高效性,借助中心点三角白化权函数简化计算量。依据该模型对江苏省水资源承载力进行评价,结果表明:2009—2018年江苏省水资源承载力水平逐渐提升,由2.5357的较差发展到3.2594的中等,并逐渐向良好水平靠近,这与江苏省生态环境质量逐渐提升的实际情况相符,进一步证实了评价模型的合理性。 The water capacity was selected as the evaluation target of the sustainable development of water resources.The water capacity evaluation system was constructed in four dimensions,including resource system,social system,economic system and ecosystem.Analytic hier⁃archy process was used to obtain subjective weights of the indexes,while the entropy weight method was adopted for objective weights,and the optimal improvement method of attribute weights for combined weights.The water capacity of Jiangsu Province during 2009-2018 was select⁃ed as the research object.A model was built with the efficiency of gray clustering analysis that deals with fuzzy problems,and simplifying the calculation with the center-point triangular whitenization weight function.Based on this model,the water capacity of Jiangsu Province was evaluated.The results show that,the water capacity of Jiangsu Province has gradually improved during 2009-2018,which is from poor to me⁃dium.It is consistent with the reality that the ecological environment of Jiangsu Province has been improved gradually.
