摘要
提出了一种适用于限禁采区的地下水超采区评价方法,对其中开采系数法计算时段选取、速率下降法与水位管理控制目标相结合、引发问题法的判别和使用及超采区的综合划定给出了完善方案。将该方法应用于苏锡常平原区地下水超采区评价,结果表明:原苏锡常大型孔隙严重超采区已演变为一个中型和一个小型超采区,超采区面积由8304.0km2下降至834.6km2,规模显著缩小;其中一般超采区面积794.2km2,严重超采区面积40.4 km2,程度以一般为主;现状超采区均在原超采区范围内,无新增超采区。
In order to better assess the status of groundwater overexploitation in restricted areas,this paper proposed an improved evaluation method that has a selection of time period in the mining coefficient method,a combination of the rate reduction method and the water level management control target,a judgement and use of problems-caused method and a comprehensive divide of groundwater overexploitation ar⁃ea.The method was applied in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou plain.The results show that the former Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou large-scale pore over-exploitation area has evolved into a medium-sized and a small-scale over-exploitation area.The area of the over-exploitation area has decreased from 8304.0 km2 to 834.6 km2.The general over-exploitation area is 794.2 km2,and the severe over-exploitation area is 40.4 km2.The current over-exploitation areas are within the original over-exploitation area.
