Multi-dimensional Neuroimagings in Multiple System Atrophy

摘要 多系统萎缩是一种散发的、好发于中老年的进行性神经系统变性病,临床表现以自主神经功能障碍、帕金森综合征、小脑性共济失调为主,形式多样且与其他帕金森综合征难以鉴别,目前尚无特异性治疗。神经影像学检查可以为多系统萎缩的早期鉴别诊断和病情评估提供依据,有助于推进对其发病机制和精准治疗的研究。文中就多系统萎缩的多维度神经影像学研究进展进行综述。 Multiple system atrophy(MSA) is a sporadic and progressive neurodegenerative disease which occurs frequently in elderly people, with various clinical manifestations such as autonomic dysfunction, parkinsonism and ataxia. It is difficult to distinguish MSA from other parkinsonism,and currently there is no specific treatment for MSA. Neuroimaging could be supportive in the early differential diagnosis and assessing the disease progression, which is helpful for promting the undestanding of the pathogenesis and developing precise treatment. The development and progression of multi-dimensional neuroimagings in MSA were mainly reviewed.
