摘要
乳腺癌是全球女性最常见的癌症,其发病机制主要包括遗传、环境影响及生活方式因素等。与乳腺癌致病因素中单向基因改变相比,可逆的异常表观遗传修饰更加常见。导致乳腺癌发生发展的表观遗传修饰主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑及非编码RNA改变,深入了解其调控机制有助于对乳腺癌的预防及治疗。
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide,and its pathogenesis mainly includes genetics,environmental influence and lifestyle factors.Reversible abnormal epigenetic modifications are more common than unidirectional genetic alterations in breast cancer risk factors.Epigenetic modifications leading to the occurrence and development of breast cancer mainly include DNA methylation,histone modification,chromatin remodeling and non-coding RNA changes.In-depth understanding of its regulatory mechanism is helpful for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
