某中医院门急诊利巴韦林注射液使用情况调查与合理性分析

Investigation and rational analysis of ribavirin injection in the outpatient and emergency department of a Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital

目的分析某院门急诊利巴韦林注射液的使用情况,加强合理用药,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法在医院HIS系统中检索出使用了利巴韦林注射液的门急诊处方,回顾性研究2021年4~8月利巴韦林注射液在院门急诊的用量、患者年龄、诊断及与其他药物联用等情况,调查利巴韦林注射液在抗病毒治疗中的合理使用情况。结果共检索出含有利巴韦林注射液的处方565张,利巴韦林的应用于诊断为急性咽炎、急性上呼吸道感染、急性扁桃体炎占比达63.54%;诊断为咳嗽、头痛、头晕、腹痛占比达27.61%。结论利巴韦林注射液的应用存在严重的不合理用药情况,药学部门应加强医院临床用药管控,门急诊医生应严格控制抗病毒药的使用,按照药品说明书规定用药。

Objective To analyze the use of ribavirin injection in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital,strengthen rational medication,and provide reference for clinical safe drug usage.Methods The outpatient and emergency prescriptions of ribavirin injection were retrieved in the hospital HIS system,and the amount of ribavirin injection in the outpatient and emergency department of our hospital from April to August in 2021 was retrospectively studied,and the patients’age,diagnosis and use it in combination with other drugs to investigate the rational use of ribavirin injection in antiviral therapy.Results A total of 565 prescriptions containing ribavirin injection were retrieved.Acute pharyngitis,acute upper respiratory tract infection,and acute tonsillitis accounted for 63.54% in the application of ribavirin;the diagnosis was cough,headache,dizziness,and abdominal pain accounted for 27.61%.Conclusion The application of ribavirin injection has serious irrational use of drugs.The pharmacy department should strengthen the management and control of clinical drug use in hospitals.The doctors should strictly control the use of antiviral drugs and use drugs in accordance with the drug instructions.
