粉尘螨滴剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变应性鼻炎疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on immune function

目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂联合孟鲁司特钠对小儿变应性鼻炎疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法回顾性分析门诊部2019年1月~2021年6月收治的60例变应性鼻炎患儿,根据不同治疗方法将患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。两组患儿均接受对症支持治疗,在此基础上对照组患儿仅给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组患儿给予舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,两组均持续治疗2个月,对比两组的治疗效果。治疗期间评估两组患儿临床疗效及2个月内药物不良反应发生率,测定治疗前后免疫功能指标[免疫球蛋白(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)]的变化情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的IgE均低于治疗前(P<0.05),血清IL-4水平水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),其中研究组的降低和升高水平均显著多于对照组(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变应性鼻炎疗效显著,可提高患儿免疫功能水平,且用药安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children and its effect on immune function.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of allergic rhinitis children in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 was carried out.According to different treatment methods,the children were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,30 cases in each group.Children in the two groups received symptomatic support treatment.On this basis,children in the control group were only treated with montelukast tablets,while children in the study group were treated with sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast.The treatment lasted for two months in both groups.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.During the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated,together with the incidence of adverse drug reactions within two months.The changes of immunologic function indexes[immunoglobulin(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4)]before and after the treatment were measured.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the IgE of the two groups of children were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and serum IL-4 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),The decrease and increase levels of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The dermatophagoides farinae drops combined with montelukast has a significant effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,which can improve the level of immune function in children with high drug safety.
