关于规范中最低日平均温度定义的探讨与建议

Discussion and Suggestions on the Definition of“Minimum Daily Average Temperature”in Relevant Specifications

对《GB 50074—2014石油库设计规范》、《GB 50341—2014立式圆筒型钢制焊接储罐设计规范》、《SH/T 3046—1992石油化工立式圆筒型钢制焊接储罐设计规范》以及《GB/T 50176—2016民用建筑热工设计规范》等有关规范中涉及的“最低日平均温度”和“累年最低日平均温度”的定义进行了分析、对比和探讨,提出了两者定义的一致性,建议今后相关规范在修订时将两者统一。

The definitions of“minimum daily average temperature”and“annual minimum daily average temperature”involved in relevant specifications such as“Code for design of oil depot(GB 50074-2014)”,“Code for design of vertical cylindrical welded steel oil tanks(GB 50341-2014)”,“Petrochemical design specification for vertical cylindrical steel welded storage tanks(SH/T 3046)”,and“Code for thermal design of civil building(GB/T 50176-2016)”are analyzed,compared and discussed.The consistency of the two definitions is put forward,and it is suggested that the two concepts should be unified in the revision of relevant specifications in the future.
