Notch和Wnt信号通路交叉串话在皮肤肿瘤发病机制中的研究进展

Research progress of crosstalk between Notch and Wnt signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of skin tumors

摘要 Notch和Wnt信号转导通路是2条广泛存在且高度保守的信号转导通路,它们以不同机制调控着诸多代谢过程,在细胞生长、分化、发育和各类疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。近期研究表明,Notch和Wnt信号转导通路之间存在交叉串话,并与皮肤肿瘤的发生与发展密切相关。了解Notch和Wnt信号转导通路间的交叉串话在皮肤肿瘤中的作用将有助于揭示皮肤肿瘤的发病机制,为治疗提供新思路。 Notch and Wnt signaling pathways are two prevalent and highly conserved signaling pathways that regulate many life processes through different mechanisms and are essential in cell growth,differentiation,and development.Dysfunctions of these two pathways are correlated with the occurrence and development of various diseases.Recent studies have shown that Notch and Wnt signaling pathways crosstalk with each other,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of skin tumors.This review explores the crosstalk between Notch and Wnt signaling pathways in skin tumors and provides insights in understanding skin tumor pathogenesis and new therapeutic clues.
