反贫困理论背景下工会参与乡村振兴的遵循原则和实现路径

The principles and implementation paths of trade unions′participation in rural revitalization under the background of anti-poverty theory

随着中国脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利,中国特色反贫困理论体系开始形成并逐步走向成熟。工会不仅在实现消除绝对贫困上发挥了重要作用,而且对于推进乡村振兴、消除相对贫困仍具有重要的组织作用。工会在参与乡村振兴的过程中,要以坚持农民主体地位、总结脱贫攻坚实践经验和消除文化贫困为遵循原则,不断加强和丰富工会参与乡村振兴的时效性和多样性,打造工友创业园基地、开展标准化劳动竞赛、建立农业劳模工作室以及开发(职工)疗休养基地,为更好地实现乡村振兴注入能量。

With the overall victory of China′s poverty alleviation,the anti-poverty theoretical system with Chinese characteristics has begun to be formed and matured step by step.Trade unions have not only played an important role in eliminating absolute poverty,but also played an important organizational role in promoting rural revitalization and eliminating relative poverty.In the process of participating in rural revitalization,trade unions must follow the principles of adhering to the dominant position of farmers,summarizing the practical experience in poverty alleviation and eliminating cultural poverty.Trade unions should constantly strengthen and enrich the timeliness and diversity of trade unions′participation in rural revitalization,build workers′pioneer park bases,carry out standardized labor competitions,establish agricultural model worker studios,and develop(staff)recuperation bases,in order to inject energy into the better realization of rural revitalization.
