摘要
高校新文科人才培养模式经历了从“同质化”到“差异化”、从“规模化”到“高质量”、从“重知识”到“强素质”、从“封闭式”到“开放式”、从“分割式”到“融通式”的改革转变,需要坚持人文性与实践性、时代性与创新性、协同性与融合性、整体性与个性化的统一原则,坚持用新时代育人理念引领新文科人才培养,用新文科理念改革人才培养体系,促进信息技术与人文教育的深度融合,探索跨学科交叉融合的人才培养模式,构建对接社会的“大实践”培养体系,构建全方位全过程协同育人的机制和新文科人才培养质量评价机制,加快推动高校新文科人才培养的高质量发展。
The new liberal arts talent training model in colleges and universities has experienced changes from“homogenization”to“differentiation”,from“scale”to“high quality”,from“emphasis on knowledge”to“emphasis onquality”,from“closedness”to“openness”,and from“segmentation”to“integration”.It is necessary to adhere to the unified principles of humanity and practicality,epochal character and innovation,synergy and integration,integrity and individuality.We should use the concept of educating people in the new era to lead the new liberal arts talent training,reform the talent training system with the new liberal arts concepts,promote the deep integration of information technology and humanities education,explore the talent training model of interdisciplinary integration,closely build a“big practice”that connects with society,construct an all-round and whole-process collaborative education mechanism and a new liberal arts talent training quality evaluation mechanism,in order to accelerate the high-quality development of the new liberal arts talent training in colleges and universities.
