文化强国视域下数字文化产业发展战略创新 被引量:22

摘要 文化强国目标驱动下,中国数字文化产业发展演变历程彰显了数字文化产业强国建设实践。数字经济时代背景下,数字文化产业全面布局、业态升级、供给端全要素数字化迎来了新的发展机遇,同时数字文化企业融资难、创意人才严重不足、治理能力欠缺成为新的挑战。为建成数字文化产业强国,文章提出文化资源数字化,文学艺术创作数字化传播,传统文化数字化转型,知识产权质押融资,全面数字人才培养,高效数字市场治理,数字文化产品多点出海等发展战略。 Under the goal of constructing a culturally strong country,the development and evolution of China s digital culture industry highlights the practice of constructing a strong country with digital culture industry.In the new era of digital economy,the overall layout of digital culture industry,the up-gradation of business format,and the digitalization of all factors at the supply side have ushered in new development opportunities.Meanwhile,the difficulties in financing digital culture enterprises,the serious shortage of creative talents,and the lack of governance capacity have posed new challenges.In order to construct a country with a strong digital culture industry,this paper proposes development strategies such as digitalization of cultural resources,digitalization of literary and artistic creation,digitalization of traditional culture,pledge financing of intellectual property rights,comprehensive training of digital talents,efficient digital market governance,and export of digital cultural products.
