摘要
培育高质量的学科创新团队对国家加强公共创新和学科建设具有重要的推动作用。文章基于团队的输入—过程—输出(IPO)模型,整合团队设计、团队运作环境和团队运作过程三个维度,构建了公共创新属性下的学科创新团队有效性的影响机制,并运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,以天津市20个学科创新团队为样本进行组态分析。结果表明:(1)单个团队有效性影响因素并不是产生高学科创新团队有效性的必要条件;(2)存在2条驱动学科创新团队有效性的路径:稳定结构促进型和共同愿景驱动型。
Cultivating high-quality disciplinary innovation teams plays an important role in promoting national public innovation and discipline construction.Based on the IPO model,this paper integrates the three dimensions of team design,team operation environment and team operation process,and constructs the influence mechanism of discipline innovation team effectiveness in public innovation.Fuzzy set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method is adopted to analyze the configuration of 20 discipline innovation teams in Tianjin.The results show that:(1)a single influencing factor of team effectiveness is not the necessary condition to generate high effectiveness of disciplinary innovation teams;(2)there are two paths driving the effectiveness of disciplinary innovation teams,namely stable structure-facilitating and shared vision-driving.
