Historical Development of the Governance Discourse of CPC and Its Construction in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,执政话语构建成为党的一项重要任务。在党的百年奋斗历程中,执政话语空间拓展、动力再造、过程延伸呈现党的执政话语历史演进。围绕全面从严治党、国家治理现代化、制度优势和讲好中国故事等治国理政创新实践,党的执政话语形成新的表达,成为新时代理论创新的重大成果。新征程上不断推进党的执政话语创新发展,必须在实践与理论互动中创造党的执政话语新概念,在目标与使命的担当中提出党的执政话语新范畴,在历史与现实的传承创新中挖掘党的执政话语新语料,在环境与技术的变革中探索党的执政话语新表达。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the development of the Party’s governance discourse has become an important task.In the course of the Party’s struggle over the past century,the space expansion,momentum reconstruction and process extension of governance discourse exhibits its historical evolution.Focusing on the innovative practice of national governance such as exercising full and rigorous self-governance of the Party,modernizing national governance,institutional advantages and telling well of China’s stories,the Party’s governance discourse has formed new expressions and become a major achievement of theoretical innovation in the new era.In order to continuously promote the innovative development of the Party’s governance discourse on the new journey,we must create new concepts of the Party’s governance discourse during the interaction between practice and theory,put forward new categories of the Party’s governance discourse during the undertaking of goals and missions,excavate new corpus of the Party’s governance discourse during the inheritance and innovation of history and reality,and explore new expressions of the Party’s governance discourse during the changes of environment and technology.
