波汶钢腹板-钢底板组合箱梁的挠度分析

摘要 基于静力平衡与铁木辛柯梁理论,推导了考虑剪切变形和混凝土界面滑移波汶钢腹板-钢底板组合箱梁桥的受弯挠度计算公式,滑移附加挠度项考虑了界面间的摩擦粘聚力,对由界面滑移、波汶钢腹板剪切变形引起的附加挠度进行了分离解析,得到了分项附加挠度对总挠度的贡献度.依据试验模型相似原理,设计制作了缩尺比例(1∶5)单箱单室波纹钢腹板-钢底板简支模型试验箱梁桥,完成了多种工况的力学试验,同时利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了试验模型梁的精细化三维有限元仿真模型,将理论值与模型试验实测值和ANSYS仿真数值解进行了对比分析,结果表明:理论计算结果与模型试验实测数据及有限元仿真结果吻合较好;通过对附加挠度的参数化分析可知,当波纹钢腹板-钢底板组合箱梁的高跨比大于0.05时,剪切变形和界面滑移引起的附加挠度可忽略不计. Based on the static equilibrium and Timoshenko beam theory,the calculation formula for the deflection of the corrugated steel web-steel floor composite box girder considering CSW shear deformation and concrete interface slip is derived.Considering the frictional cohesion between the interfaces,the additional deflection caused by the slippage and the shear deformation of the corrugated steel web is separated and analyzed,and the contribution of the sub-item additional deflection to the total deflection is obtained.According to the similarity principle of the experimental model,a 1/5 scale single-box single-chamber corrugated steel web-steel floor simply supported model test box girder is designed and produced,mechanical tests of various working conditions are completed,and the fine-tuning of the test model is established by using ANSYS finite element software.The three-dimensional finite element simulation model is converted into a three-dimensional finite element simulation model,and the theoretical value obtained by using the obtained formula is compared with the model test value and the ANSYS simulation value.The parametric analysis of deflection shows that when the height-span ratio of the corrugated steel web-steel floor composite box girder is greater than 0.05,the additional deflection caused by shear deformation and interface slip cannot be ignored.
