混凝-氯/紫外高级氧化与双膜工艺联用处理微污染窖水 被引量:2

Coagulation-Chlorine/Ultraviolet Advanced Oxidation Combined with Double-Membrane Process for Treatment of Micro-polluted cellar Water

摘要 实验采用混凝、氯/紫外高级氧化联用膜组合工艺处理西北地区微污染窖水,结果表明:原水在PAC投量为30 mg/L,有效氯投量为6 mg/L、紫外辐照时间为8 min时,浑浊度、高锰酸盐指数、UV_(254)、氨氮去除率分别达到了92.1%、61.57%、65.18%、73.53%;出水经膜组合工艺处理,在进水温度为18℃,pH为7.5、复合微滤操作压力0.1 MPa、纳滤操作压力为0.4 MPa的条件下,组合工艺终端出水浑浊度、高锰酸盐指数、UV_(254)、氨氮去除率分别达到100%、98.04%、100%、90.27%,出水水质符合GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》要求,此外对微污染窖水中溶解性有机物通过三维荧光光谱检测分析,组合工艺终端出水溶解性有机物的三维荧光强度总去除率达到99%以上,大幅降低了微污染窖水的三致风险.组合工艺在解决了西北地区饮用水安全问题的基础上为微污染水体净化提供了技术支撑. Coagulation and chlorine/UV advanced oxidation combined membrane process were used to treat slightly polluted pit water in Northwest China.The results showed that when the PAC dosage was 30 mg/L,the effective chlorine dosage was 6 mg/L and the UV irradiation time was 8 min,the turbidity,permanganate index,UV_(254) and ammonia nitrogen removal rates reached 92.1%,61.57%,65.18%and 73.53%respectively;The effluent is treated by membrane combined process.Under the conditions of inlet water temperature of 18℃,pH of 7.5,composite microfiltration operating pressure of 0.1 MPa and nanofiltration operating pressure of 0.4 MPa,the effluent turbidity,permanganate index,UV_(254) and ammonia nitrogen removal rate of combined process terminal can reach 100%,98.04%,100%and 90.27%respectively.The effluent quality meets the requirements of GB 5749-2006"Hygienic standard for drinking water".In addition,through the detection and analysis of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum of dissolved organic matter in micro polluted pit water,the total removal rate of three-dimensional fluorescence intensity of dissolved organic matter in the effluent of combined process terminal is more than 99%,which can greatly reduce the risk of three causes of micro polluted pit water.On the basis of solving the safety problems of drinking water in Northwest China,the combined process provides technical supports for the purification of micro polluted water.
