摘要
黏土稳定剂是一种在油气田开发过程中常用的添加剂,主要用于防止入井流体造成地层中黏土矿物膨胀及渗透率损失。对比分析了目前使用的无机盐(氯化钾)黏土稳定剂、单阳离子(氯化胆碱)黏土稳定剂及聚阳离子黏土稳定剂存在的优缺点,制备了一种含有3个阳离子的季铵盐类黏土稳定剂,并对其分子结构进行了表征。通过静态、动态驱替及耐冲刷性能进行了评价,评价结果表明:该黏土稳定剂防膨性能优异,对钠基膨润土的静态防膨率可以达到90%以上,对真实岩心的渗透率保持率可以达到95%以上,具有较好的耐冲刷性能。
Clay stabilizer is a commonly used additive in the development of oil and gas fields.It is mainly used to prevent clay mineral swelling and permeability loss in the formation caused by the injected fluid.The advantages and disadvantages of inorganic salt(potassium chloride)clay stabilizer,monocation(choline chloride)clay stabilizer and polycation clay stabilizer used at present are compared and analyzed.A quaternary ammonium salt clay stabilizer containing three cations is prepared and its molecular structure is characterized.Through static and dynamic displacement and erosion resistance evaluation,the evaluation results show that the clay stabilizer has excellent anti-swelling performance,the static anti-swelling rate of sodium bentonite can reach more than 90%,and the permeability retention rate of real core can reach more than 95%,which has very good erosion resistance performance.
