摘要
南化公司煤化工部合成装置TK602蒸汽透平机是合成装置冷冻单元的关键设备。针对TK602蒸汽透平机振动突然增大的故障,经运行参数检查、振动值真假检查、测温电阻检查等一系列排查后,判断故障原因是由于温度电阻断裂影响了可倾瓦式径向轴承上可倾瓦块的自由摆动,导致振动增大。鉴于振动可控,决定维持机组运行参数不变,监控运行,运行一段时间后发现机组振动趋势平稳,安全可控。
TK602 steam turbine is the key equipment of the refrigeration unit in the synthesis unit of the coal chemical industry department of SINOPEC Nanjing Chemical Industries Co.,Ltd.In view of the sudden increase of vibration of TK602 steam turbine,after a series of troubleshooting such as operation parameter inspection,vibration value authenticity inspection and temperature measurement resistance inspection,it is determined that the fault is caused by the temperature resistance fracture,which affects the free swing of the tilting pad on the tilting pad radial bearing and leads to the increase of vibration.In view of the controllable vibration,it is decided to keep the operating parameters of the unit unchanged and monitor the operation.After a period of operation,it is found that the vibration trend of the unit is stable,safe and controllable.
