劳动是人类得以生存和发展的基础,劳动教育是国民教育的关键一环。学术界对劳动与劳动教育内涵的解读各有侧重。新中国成立以来我国劳动教育历经初塑、探索、建设、深化四个阶段,其开展对思想政治教育的思想观点、育人路径和价值引导具有重要意义。增强思想政治教育的理论性、吸引力和实效性,需强化国家方针政策的方向引领,提升社会大众传媒的宣传力度,拓展高校综合资源的实践空间。

Labor is the foundation of human survival and development,and education on the hard working spirit is a key part of national education.The academic circle has different emphasis on the connotation of labor and the hard working spirit education.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's hard working spirit education has gone through four stages of initial molding,exploration,construction and deepening,and it is of great significance to the ideological viewpoint,education path and value guidance of ideological and political education.In order to enhance the ideological and political education theoretically,attractively and effectively,it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of national policies,promote the publicity of mass media,and expand the practical space of comprehensive resources in colleges and universities.
