语言服务视阈下粤港澳大湾区城市国际化语言环境优化策略--基于佛山市的实证研究

A Language Service Perspective to the Optimization Strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's International Language Environment:an Empirical Study of Foshan City

语言服务作为城市服务的重要内容对城市管理及城市文明建设起着重要作用,城市的国际化离不开城市国际语言环境的支持。其中《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》赋予粤港澳大湾区城市国际化语言环境新的标准,文章基于纲要标准针对佛山国际化语言环境现状,对在佛中国居民及外籍人士进行问卷调查、访谈等,了解他们对佛山语言环境建设的满意程度与需求。研究发现,以佛山为代表的地方城市国际化语言环境建设的不足主要集中在语言教育服务、服务行业语言服务、本土文化外宣、语言技术服务四个方面。基于以上方面,研究提出了具有体系互动性、覆盖面多元化、优化系统性的粤港澳大湾区城市国际化语言环境优化策略。

As an important part of urban services,language service plays an important role in urban management and urban civilization construction.The internationalization of a city cannot be separated from the support of urban international language environment.Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has given a new standard to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's international language environment.Based on the outline standards for Foshan's international language environment,this paper analyzes questionnaires and interviews of Chinese residents and foreigners in Foshan to understand their satisfaction with and demand for the construction of Foshan's language environment.The study finds that the shortcomings of Foshan's international language environment construction mainly concentrate on four aspects:language education services,language services by service industry,local culture publicity,and language technology services.Based on the above aspects,the optimization strategies of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's international language environment with system interaction,coverage diversification and optimization integrity are proposed.
