成果导向教育理念下职业院校跨境电商课程体系创新研究

An OBE-based Study on Cross-border E-commerce Curriculum Innovation in Vocational College

成果导向教育理念OBE强调以学习者最终拥有的能够适应目标岗位的核心关键能力为导向,按反向设计原则设计课程,分阶段对成果进行评价。通过对本地数十家跨境电商企业在工作领域、学习领域、职业能力及素养方面的调研,发现用人单位非常重视毕业生的跨境电商主流平台营销推广能力、强调人才内驱力及诚信勤奋的职业素质培养。基于调研结果提出了以培养毕业生跨境电商运营实战能力为核心目标的课程体系构建。

Outcome-based Education(OBE)emphasizes the core competence of the target position that learners can ultimately possess in vocational college,designs curriculum in a reversed direction,and evaluates students'achievements at different stages.The investigation of working field,learning field,professional competency and occupational quality into dozens of local companies specialized in cross-border e-commerce indicates that employers attach great importance to graduates'marketing and promotion capabilities on mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms,emphasize the talents'internal driving force an d their professional quality such as honesty and diligence.Based on the investigation results,a curriculum with the core goal of cultivating graduates'operational capabilities in cross-border e-commerce field is proposed.
