摘要
针对高职院校课堂教学存在的学习深度难实现、差异性需求难满足、持续性发展难保障的问题,文章基于SPOC模式,提出了高职院校分层教学的创新设计:泛在学习,塑造学生内驱力;量身制作,构建个体知识结构;因材施教,尊重学生个性发展;全程监测,构建动态调整机制。实证研究表明,该模式有利于学生的个性化发展,促使深度学习的发生,为职业教育推行个性化策略提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of difficulty in realizing deep learning,satisfying differentiated needs and guaranteeing sustainable development in classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges,this article puts forward an innovative design of stratified teaching in higher vocational colleges based on the SPOC model.The design adopts ubiquitous learning in shaping students'internal drive,tailor-made instruction in building individualized knowledge structure,and whole process monitoring in establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism.Empirical research shows that this design is conducive to the personalized development of students and the occurrence of in-depth learning,providing references for the implementation of personalized strategies in vocational education.
