摘要
介绍了直馏柴油增产航煤FDHC技术在工业装置的应用。生产结果表明,采用FDHC技术可将直馏柴油与催化柴油的混合原料,通过加氢转化生产满足GB 6537—2018航煤调和组分,同时副产轻、重石脑油可分别作为优质的乙烯原料和重整原料,为企业降低柴汽比、优化产品结构提供了一条经济有效的加工途径。
The application of FDHC technology for increasing aviation kerosene with straight run diesel oil in industrial plant is introduced.The production results show that the mixed feedstock of straight run diesel and FCC diesel oil can be hydrogenated to meet the requirements of GB 6537—2018 jet fuel blending components by using FDHC technology,and the by-products of light naphtha and heavy naphtha can be used as high-quality ethylene raw materials and reforming raw materials respectively.It provides an economic and effective processing way for enterprises to reduce the diesel-gasoline ratio and optimize the product structure.
