摘要
馏程是3#喷气燃料的重要质量指标,也是工艺计算的重要基础数据,在生产中常作为控制操作条件的主要依据,3#喷气燃料的终馏点是在蒸馏烧瓶中残留液体约为5 mL时,通过最后一次调整加热来进行蒸馏试验,得到最终结果。经多次试验比较后表明最后一次加热时终点电压调整的大小对3#喷气燃料蒸馏试验终馏点具有显著影响,而对初馏点及其他回收温度的影响并不明显。
Distillation range is not only an important quality index of 3#jet fuel,but also an important basic data for process calculation.It is often used as the main basis for controlling operating conditions in production.The final distillation point of 3#jet fuel is to conduct distillation test by adjusting heating for the last time when the residual liquid in the distillation flask is about 5 mL.After many tests,it is shown that the end voltage adjustment during the last heating has a significant effect on the final distillation point of 3#jet fuel distillation test,but has no significant effect on the initial distillation point and other recovery temperatures.
